New York and Bermuda Lions 102nd Convention will be held at the Marriott Downtown, 100 E. Onondaga Street, Syracuse, NY, April 17 - 19, 2026. 

You MUST register for the Convention before booking rooms and joining scheduled meals.. Once registered you will be directed to how and where to book your hotel and how to purchase meals. Remember, you MUST register first.  :)

Meals and meetings will be taking place at the Marriott Downtown.

* This is where decisions are made. Be in Syracuse, April 17–19, 2026, for the NYS & Bermuda MD-20 Spring Convention and take part in voting on important proposed by-law revisions that will shape our Lions’ future. Learn more here.

REGISTRATION - $50 in advance, $60 at the door. Meal costs increase after March 15, 2026.

Book your registration and meals by clicking the REGISTRATION link. You will create a username and password. Once your registration is complete you will get a confirmation email with the link to book your hotel. Every person purchasing a meal has to be registered. You can register multiple people. 

If you registered last year and forgot your password it has nothing to do with your age. Even young whippersnappers forget why they walk into rooms. Just simply let the registrar know you forgot it and they'll help you out.

NO MEAL TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE CONVENTION - Last day to order meals and make any cancellations or changes is March 28, 2026. Meal tickets cannot be changed or refunded at or after convention.  


When you register make sure you keep your receipts and remember what email and password you used to register as you can access your registration account to manage your purchases of meals and important information for the convention when you log into the registration account you create.

Headquarters Hotel: Marriott Syracuse Downtown
This hotel has been recently renovated, and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. This is where most of the convention will take place. Hurry before these rooms are gone!
Best Western Syracuse Downtown
This hotel is the closest to the Marriott .
Courtyard Syracuse Downtown (Armory Square)
This is a lovely spot, and a shuttle will be running to the Marriott and OnCenter.
Residence Inn Syracuse Downtown (Armory Square) Slightly larger rooms and a shuttle to the Marriott if you don’t want to take the 14 minute walk.
